The Story
The idea for this site was born from a conversation Paul had with his wife when he was working to create a site for VA loans. We talked that wouldn’t it be great to create a site that benefitted veterans whether they needed a mortgage or not. And so began the journey that became this site.
Paul’s had successful careers in two civilian fields – first leading a finance department for a fortune 400 company and then becoming a loan consultant ranked in the top 1% nationwide – some of this site is sharing tips that might help one be more successful in the post-transition civilian world.
He also reached out to thousands of veterans and many volunteered information & resources that might benefit other veterans. Such information, resources, and contacts are shared on this site. Finally, it is his hope to use this site to leverage resources to help hurting or disadvantaged veterans (PTSD, Homeless) in many of our communities.
OWNING A HOME LET'S YOU STACK WOOD WHEREVER YOU PLEASE
A VA LOAN HELPS FINANCE THAT PURCHASE
The picture above is the home of an Army veteran, whose wife was not home when wood was delivered. This picture was taken by his wife when she returned home. After a good laugh, the wood was safely moved to a more desirable location in the back yard.
Funny picture aside, there are real benefits to owning your home, and a VA mortgage is one of the best mortgage options that exist.
One objective of this site is to share how to understand, optimize and even obtain a VA mortgage. Paul shares the basics of VA financing, will answer any questions you may have, assist winning a contract to purchase your preferred home, and look for opportunities for you to save money on your current mortgage – all at no charge. It is fast to get pre-qaulified and there is no cost. Loan funding is reliable and provided with unmatched service. Interactive tools are provide so you can accurately create different scenarios at your leisure. This is a strong expertise for Paul, in fact for the last survey, 95% of people who talked to Paul vs. a leading national VA lender, used Paul.
The shows American Idol and The Voice have been very popular over the past years. It’s interesting that at the audition stage, you really can’t tell who is a great singer until the person actually starts singing. Similarly, all mortgage lenders look the same until you actually start talking to them. We humbly recommend having a conversation with Paul; he is often told that such conversations are some of the most helpful informative people have had when they were looking for home financing.
