Our sole role is to assist you – to evaluate whether or not you would like to purchase or refinance a home, to clearly share options tailored to your situation so you can choose what is best for your plans & goals, and to ensure you obtain reliable financing.  We also annually provide analysis to ensure at all times you financing is optimized.  Every step of the way, you have advocates to accompany you and will always be supported.

Laughing, Paul can kill a dinner party conversation talking technical finance.  He's also borderline obsessed with correctly analyzing financial alternatives to arrive at sound decisions.  These may not make for great social conversations, but are exactly what’s most helpful when looking for home financing.  His objective is to provide you accurate information in a plain spoken manner so that you have all tools and information to make the best decision for yourself.   He’s well respected in the real estate community, often assisting one win a bid, he has never not closed a loan as promised, and has created tools to allow clients to run their own analysis at home.  Paul is a lifelong Northern Virginian, and resides in Oak Hill, Virginia, with his wife Sharon and their two daughters, and enjoys being active in their church and community.  And don’t worry, he really doesn’t bore people, and most find Paul’s loan consultations both helpful and enjoyable.

In terms of resume material, Paul graduated in top 1% of his class at the top undergrad business school in country.  His first career was leading a corporate finance analytical team for a Fortune 400 company.  He retired from that position in 2001, as he far more enjoys assisting clients achieve their goals in the mortgage industry. That said, his strong finance and technical background often benefit clients to evaluate different financing alternatives.

 

Erin Phillips, Client Relationship Manager

As her title implies, Erin’s role is to ensure you stay informed (and satisfied) throughout the loan process and even after closing.  Erin combines kindness and professionalism in all her interactions, and she anticipates questions before asked, and makes the daunting task of obtaining a mortgage into something far less stressful (and hopefully pleasant). 

Erin has spent her entire career in the real estate and customer service industry, is a native of Northern Virginia, and married to her High School sweetheart, Stephen.  They are parents of three, including a new born and enjoy a large extended family near their home.   Erin’s oldest is a quite talented baseball player and her family enjoys supporting and accompanying him in his many tournaments and competitions.

Erin’s other favorite activities include any and all time spend with family, and all the joys and complexities these entail.

 

 

Brienne Bryan, Senior ProceesoR

Brienne is our team’s Senior Processor, which means she will coordinate all aspects of your financing after application, including managing and guiding you through the paperwork needed to fund your loan.  And here’s the surprising part – Brienne makes the process enjoyable.  You will receive cheerful emails, encouragement, occasional humorous memes and unbelievably friendly service. 

Moreover, you will be served by one of the most professional and technically adept processors in the industry, who, in fact, previously was responsible of managing 12 other processors for a competing lender until she decided to join our team. 

Brienne is also a native Northern Virginian, a mother of two and residing in Fairfax. Outside the office, much of Brienne’s time is with her children, either at home or on travel sports team trips, as well as getting together with friends she’s had for years.
